1st Dapto Group AGM/Casserole Night.

Hi all Parents, Joeys, Cubs Scouts, Leaders and friends,

Our AGM is to be held on Monday 14th May 2012 at the Scout Hall at 6:30pm. On this night, as we traditionally do for our AGM, we are having a casserole night where we ask that families please bring along a casserole/curry/stew to share with everyone so that our 1st Dapto Family may share a meal together during the AGM.

Children are welcome as there will be activities and/or a movie for them to watch on the night.

BBQ Helpers required - 5 May 2012

Looking for BBQ volunteer helpers for Jamboree Fundraising BBQ to be held at Woolies Unanderra on Saturday 5 May 2012 from 8am-4pm.

Available slots are::
8:00am - 10:00am   -> 2 people required ( +1 optional additional)
10:00am - 12:00pm -> 2 people required ( +1 optional additional)
12:00pm - 2:00pm   -> 2 people required ( +1 optional additional)
2:00pm - 4:00pm    -> 2 people required ( +1 optional additional)

Children are welcome but cannot be behind the counter cooking or serving.

Looking for BBQ volunteer helpers for Jamboree Fundraising BBQ to be held at Woolies Unanderra on Sunday 22 April 2012 from 8am-4p. Unfortunately it's the same day as the Dapto Anzac Day march we are participating in.

There are a few slots left we need the following:
8:00am - 10:00am -> 2 people required ( +1 optional additional)
10:00am - 12:00 noon -> 1 optional additional
2:00pm - 4:00pm -> 2 people required ( + 1 optional additional)

Children are welcome but cannot be behind the counter cooking or serving.
